Although we are very proud that our homes require very little warranty service, when situations do arise, you can rest assured that our full-time warranty manager is there to promptly service your needs. At True North Builders, we make exceptional service a foundation upon which we build our company! Our custom homes are backed by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio’s New Home Limited Warranty Agreement, which can be downloaded below.
